Wales Coastal Path – runs through the estate, along the Dyfi estuary making the bungalow ideal for walkers.

Offsite - There is paddle boarding, kite surfing, clay pigeon shooting, donkey rides and pony trekking nearby, together with an indoor swimming pool with water flume and toddler pool in Machynlleth.
The Osprey centre is just a few miles away, 4 miles outside of Machynlleth on the Aberystwyth Road. The nest and centre can be seen on the far side of the River Dyfi from Bluebell wood on the Talgarth Estate - https://www.dyfiospreyproject.com/.
The Riverside pub and restaurant is just a short stroll away in nearby Pennal - https://www.riversidehotel-pennal.co.uk/.
Unfortunately, the village shop closed some time ago due to illness. The nearest shops are in Machynlleth, Aberdovey and Tywyn.
Asda will deliver (or click and collect) to the bungalow.
Nearest’ largish’ supermarket is the Coop – one in Machynlleth and one in Tywyn.
Street Market – Machynlleth’s famous street market is every Wednesday.
