THE ACCOMMODATION A two bedroom bungalow on a slightly elevated position with open views across the stunning Dyfi Valley towards the village of Pennal. The bungalow has recently been modernised and completely refurbished. A new kitchen and two new bathrooms have been installed. The bungalow is fully insulated and in June 2009 new double glazed doors and windows were fitted making this an ideal retreat all year round. The accommodation comprises:- Lounge with a 2 seater recliner sofa, a 3 seater recliner sofa and tub chair, 32" flat screen TV with freeview, DVD player, books, dvd's, games etc. Stunning view across open countryside and the hills. Bedroom one to the front, with king size bed, anti-allergy memory foam mattress, anti-allergy goose feather & down pillows, and 13.5 tog duvets. Stunning views. Bedroom two to the rear, with twin beds, anti-allergy memory foam mattresses, anti-allergy goose feather & down pillows, and 13.5 tog duvets. Kitchen/diner with electric (eyelevel) oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, microwave & dishwasher. Bathroom 1 with bath & overhead shower, toilet & washbasin. Bathroom 2 with walk in shower, toilet & washbasin. Electric storage heaters, coal effect,electric, lounge fire and surround, portable electric heater, heated towel rail in bathroom 1 and fan heaters in both bathrooms. Off road parking for two vehicles. There is a launderette available on the resort near the reception. Later this year there will be a small portable washing machine in the bungalow.
