THE ACCOMMODATION A two bedroom bungalow on a slightly elevated position with open views across the stunning Dyfi Valley towards the village of Pennal. The bungalow has been modernised and completely refurbished. A new kitchen and two new bathrooms have been installed. The bungalow is fully insulated; in June 2009 new double glazed doors and windows were fitted. November 2009 saw the installation of a new thermostatically and timer controlled heating system, making this an ideal retreat all year round. The bungalow is warm, snug and cosy with stunning views over the valley. The accommodation comprises:- Lounge with a 2 seater recliner sofa, a 3 seater recliner sofa and tub chair, 32" flat screen TV with freeview, DVD player, books, dvd's, games etc. *new for 2010 a digital tv recorder*. Views. Bedroom one to the front, with king size bed, anti-allergy memory foam mattress, anti-allergy goose feather & down pillows, and 13.5 tog duvets. Views.
