Dining table & 5 chairs.
Bedroom one to the front, has a king size bed, anti-allergy memory foam mattress, anti-allergy goose feather & down pillows, and 13.5 tog duvets.
Bedroom two to the rear, with twin beds, anti-allergy memory foam mattresses, anti-allergy goose feather & down pillows, and 13.5 tog duvets.
BUNGALOW 1 is a privately owned, 5* star rated, holiday home at Plas Talgarth, Pennal, Snowdonia, Wales. The picturesque coastal town of Aberdovey lies 4 miles along the Dyfi estuary and the old Welsh capital of Machynlleth lies 4 miles inland. The Welsh Coastal path runs through the estate, virtually past the front door.
The bungalow sleeps a maximum of 4 in two bedrooms. Pets welcome (free) and free Wi Fi available. Off road parking for two cars. There is a full-size guest bed available for a fifth guest if required. NO SMOKING.
The property is situated on the edge of the award winning, Macdonalds Resort in acres of parkland below the wooded hillsides of Snowdonia National Park within the picturesque River Dyfi valley.

Heating - The bungalow is fully insulated with double glazing throughout, and has a thermostatically and timer-controlled heating system and log flame effect, electric fire, making this an ideal all year-round retreat.
The bungalow is warm, snug and cosy.
Linens – Bedlinen, towels, tea towels, soaps, washing up liquid, provided.
Outside – large lawned area, patio, garden furniture. Washing line. Small storage shed.
Accessibility – There are two wide steps to the front porch with a hand rail attached to the bungalow wall. At the rear there is one wide step to the kitchen door. (Photographs can be sent to show these if required).
