Bungalow No. 1 is a privately owned, freehold property situated on the award winning, Macdonald Resort at Plas Talgarth, Pennal, Nr Machynlleth, Snowdonia, Wales.

Lying in 64 acres of parkland below the wooded hillsides of Snowdonia National Park within the picturesque River Dyfi valley, Plas Talgarth offers you a peaceful retreat in a superb location for exploring beautiful Snowdonia and some of Britain's finest beaches.

THE ACCOMMODATION

A two bedroom bungalow on a slightly elevated position with open views across the stunning Dyfi Valley towards the village of Pennal.

The bungalow is fully insulated with double glazing throughout and a thermostatically and timer controlled heating system, making this an ideal retreat all year round.

This can be operated by the owner by Smartphone – notify your ETA to ensure the heating can be turned on prior to arrival.

The bungalow is warm, snug and cosy with stunning views over the valley. Many areas of the bungalow have recently been decorated, more will be completed in the New Year.

The accommodation comprises: -

Lounge with a 2-seater recliner sofa, a 3-seater recliner sofa and tub chair, 32" flat screen TV with freeview, DVD player, digital tv recorder, books, dvd's, games etc.

Bedroom one to the front, has a king size bed, anti-allergy memory foam mattress, anti-allergy goose feather & down pillows, and 13.5 tog duvets.

Bedroom two to the rear, with twin beds, anti-allergy memory foam mattresses, anti-allergy goose feather & down pillows, and 13.5 tog duvets.

TV’s and hairdryers in both bedrooms.

Kitchen/diner with electric (eyelevel) oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine. Towel, tea towels, washing up liquid, soap provided.
Dining table & 4 chairs. (Spare in the front bedroom)

Bathroom One with bath & overhead shower, toilet & washbasin, heated towel rail, fan heater. Timer controlled water heater in airing cupboard.
Bath & hand towels provided.
